Acting Troup Academy — Terms & Conditions

1. Enrolment & Fees

Your place is secured once this form is submitted and your initial payment or selected payment plan is approved.

2. Payment Commitments

Instalment and weekly plans commit you to the full plan value ($550 or $600). Weekly payments must clear before each class. Missed deadlines may suspend enrolment.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

Withdrawal at least 7 days before term begins receives a refund less a $50 administration fee. No refunds or credits apply after term begins. ATA-cancelled classes will be rescheduled.

4. Conduct & Safety

Students must remain respectful and wear clothing suitable for movement with closed-toe footwear. Bullying or harassment may result in expulsion without refund.

5. Liability

Acting training involves physical movement. Students participate at their own risk. ATA is not liable for personal injury, medical events or lost property during classes.
